Stringent application of architectural standards designed to maintain the integrity of our neighborhoods and strict enforcement of code regulations, many of which are already in place but are too often ignored.

A process of checks and balances that listens to residents and works with them to alleviate their concerns; for example, through regularly scheduled community dialogues to raise and talk openly about Town issues.

Timely focus on not only what’s broken, but what might break: For example, expediting infrastructure decisions on water sources and quality, rising tide risks and Lake Worth sea protection, and undergrounding project completion before the hurry-up-and-fix-it stage that clogs our streets and disturbs our neighborhoods.

Enhanced safety and beautification measures along A-1-A, with easier access from the South End to midtown; continued beach restoration and sand retention measures; reimagining Sloan’s Curve and highlighting our southern gateway at the other end.
